How Adminevo Works.

Adminevo is designed with flexibility to suit many types of service businesses such as construction, plumbing, painting, cleaning, sanitation, moving, landscaping, vehicle service and more.

Smart.

The core is the smart booking calendar linked to staff scheduling and accounting for vacations and sick leave. It gives a clear overview of bookable hours and a complete history of jobs performed.

Simple.

A quote or booking is created by entering the job once in a well-designed form. Once in the calendar it can be edited and sent with a few clicks as Booking Confirmation, Work Order, Invoice or Receipt.

Helpful.

The system also manages a customer registry with history and accounts receivable with notifications for unbilled jobs and overdue invoices. Adminevo targets small service companies with 1–10 employees.

Getting Started is Easy!

Create account

Creating an account is simple. Fill in your company details and you'll have an active account immediately. We currently offer one login per company. You can stay logged in on multiple devices. The system is easy to navigate on large screens, laptops and tablets. Work orders, quotes, invoices and receipts can be sent as PDFs directly from the system in a phone-friendly format.

Company settings

Once inside, click the small gear icon top-right to access settings. Verify company details, configure invoice and receipt numbering and upload your logo which will appear on documents like quotes, work orders and invoices.

Add staff and start working

Add staff under the Staff tab. When staff are added their available hours show in the calendar and you are ready to plan jobs, create quotes, bookings, invoices and receipts. Good luck!
